Hello. You just setup as you did for the individual lights, but you need to create another special "group" and then add which lights you want to that "group" so Alexa can turn on using one command. For example, I created a "Group" to included all my lights and named it "Lights" . So, if i want to tun on or off all lights in my home I simply say "Alexa lights on", Alexa lights off". So you just create another "group" with a command name and adding your fixture with the 2 Phillips bulbs. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check and make sure you have them assigned to a "room". That should make them turn on at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to do a group and if it isn't working then just erase and start over.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that you have them in the same room and when you ask to turn them on make sure you say the room not the light
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Set the lights up as a named group through the Alexa app. Then tell Alexa to turn on the name of the group of both lights.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Double check you settings in the Alexa app and make sure both bulbs are grouped together. If that doesn't work, call Amazon- they are helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have the older version of the Hue app, just add a scene with both bulbs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must go into the Alexa app and setup the grouping name, and add the two lights. I have 3 light bulbs that are set to entrace for all 3 and entrace 1-3 if I want a specific one..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to set a group in the alexa app and name it whatever you'd like and add the bulbs to it. each bulb is recognized separately as an individual lighting so even if they're on the same fixture theyre still 2 separate lightings. the same way you have to create a "room" in the hue app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Create an Alexa group with the bulbs in it. Each one of its own light. If not grouped together on the Alexa app they'll work as such
