• I am sure there are others, but the Phillips Hue bulbs and hub work well with the Echo.

• Must have the hub an a phone app. Hub talks to bulge and motion switches.

• yes, I also have the echo.. You will need the hub. I suggest getting the kit, that has the hub and 2 light bulbs
