• It is my understsnding that these smart bulbs are designed to work with the Hue Bridge. Philliis has excellent customer support that could verify this.

• I believe the answer is yes as I used the Philips bulb on my Smartthings hub using the WeMo profile. They certainly both use the same capabilities profile.

• If the bulb is plugged into a lamp controlled by a wemo device then yes it will work just like any other bulb.
