“I hookup the hub to my comcast router I get the 3 lights but the center light is not active and the hub app can not find the bridge.”

• I had the same thing happen to me. On the bulb you should see a serial number. Go into the hue app, add lights. Instead of searching for it, click the "manually add" button and type the serial number of the bulb. That should fix the issue
