4373906 is a Kit. It comes with two light bulbs and the hue bridge. 
This item is only one light bulb. 
You need Atlas one hue bridge in order to control any hue light.

Each individual white bulb is around $14.99. In the sku you gave that gives you 2 white bulbs plus the bridge that controls the lights. You can only have about 50 lights on one bridge and then have to buy another one if you plan to add more lights. So I bought the sku you asked about (each cheaper than buying the bridge and lights separately) and then added the $15 bulbs and the $30 and $50 bulbs as well.

The SKU you mentioned is the kit comes with the two bulbs and the hub. if you already have the hub then you can just add more bulbs.

the SKU you linked is the starter kit that includes the required hub and 2 bulbs. This product is JUST 1 bulb. You buy these if you already have a Hue Bridge/Hub in your home.
