Can a color bulb be put in? null

Yes. In the hue app it shows as a light bulb rather than its own thing. I screwed in a Color Bulb and the store I bought it from screwed in one for the display

Absolutely! Think of the lamp as a source of electricity for the bulb and the bulb can be any A19 bulb. One thing that would make me apprehensive about putting a color bulb is the fact the lamp is glazed and could dim the color. Other than that, it should work perfectly!
