Its a vibrating toothbrush but i dont see how it could remove enamel when the brish is very soft. I think it works well and cleans the teeth removing stains.

All Sonicare brushes are amazing, they don’t just vibrate. They have a variety of models and a prices. But the quality is the same across the board. I recommend it.

Ultrasonic also vibrates but at a much higher frequency. In your case, it might cause even more damage. But your issue is not the toothbrush. Either the toothpaste is too abrasive, or you are pressing too hard on the brush, or your enamel is already too thin.
