If you have a fire stick, you can download the Philo application any time. If your TV came with the Philo application, you don't need the fire stick.

Go to the app store or the search icon at the top left of the home page and type philo in. You should be able to find the app and download it easily. Hope that helped!

If the Tv is a Smart Tv, depending on the make you'll have different ways to access applications. Roku TV are the easiest. Samsung, LG and others have specific App areas and may need to refer to their instruction manuel. Basically, you'll need to add the Philo app to the TV and then launch it.
