• There is a way to update payment method for PhiloTV after log-in to bestbuy.com. After log-in, click on the down arrow next to "Hi, your name/ID" on top center-right of screen. Then click on "Protection Plans & Subscriptions" and click "Update payment method" in the Manage your subscription block under Philo. I have not tried updating payment method, so I do not know how that works out.

• Log into your Philo account at https://www.philo.com and look for something that mentions account or profile and you should be able to find your credit card info there and be able to change it.
