- Answer The wall mount needed must support 400mm x 200mm. It is a rectangle pattern as opposed to the square pattern on most other TVs. I purchased the Best Buy essentials full motion tv wall mount for 19" to 50" tvs and it worked out fine because the extenders included are adjustable up to 400mm x 400mm.

- Answer CS call = "IT is working on a solution that will be pushed out in an update"; no idea when. So I'll be returning mine and making sure whatever model we replace it with CAN turn off the screen saver.

QuestionHow to I watch live tv on the Pioneer Xumo TV? I have Xfinity cable and in the set up I chose the connect via internet option. I can only get streaming apps and no way to view a channel guide or chose channels. I may return it.

QuestionIs the 2.1hdmi good? Is this a good 60hz tv for next gen gaming like xbox series x? How good is the brand tv against tlc,hisense and vizio? It is beautiful and good package and would like to get it but I wanna make sure.

- Answer It actually DOES have an HDMI 2.1 port, but the TV is limited to 60hz, in other words, 60fps. I have an Xbox Series X connected. *Technically* it should work ok with a PS5 as well. A 120hz screen would be better, but few games support that rate at this point... and it's kind of superfluous given the cost difference. However!!! I just got this Pioneer TV and in 'game mode' (or when you have ALLS/low latency active) it very briefly freezes every ~6 seconds, which makes in ineffective for gaming. If Low-Latency mode is off, the delay is such that it also makes it ineffective for gaming. I'm trying to figure out if the freezing is a defect or expected behavior for this model. Either way, this one is going back. My previous TV was a 4k 43" LG, also a 60hz, and its game mode worked fine. Forza Horizon 5 looked fabulous. (it fell and screen broke). :(
