• Yes, of course it will.... use MakeMKV FREE software to make a copy, then play the new MKV file (gonna be huge) with VLC player. Enjoy!

• You can burn Blu-Ray disks with this burner, but you will need the proper software to do so. The burner by itself is not enough.

• No. It can rip a blu-Ray and burn to DVD, or rip blu-Ray to a blu-Ray file that you could put onto an iPad or any other storage device.
