The official release date will be October 18th, however now through September 25th on the digital store fronts like PSN the Founders Pack is available, allowing early access to the full main game plus 6 weeks of pre release bonus material for everyone that purchases it. The game is available on PSN and the Xbox marketplace. I am not certain if they will allow cross platform play as of yet or not.
