There is no disc copy. It's only a digital code which comes inside the box

Microsoft is only publishing a digital version of the game while it's in Game Preview. They haven't said what they're going to do once the game is out of Game Preview but I can't imagine why they wouldn't have a disc version once it's finished.

That would be impossible seeing as this will be a title coming out in the Xbox Preview Program, meaning the game is not complete yet
