• I bought mine in Miami and give to my kids in Brazil. They play games that I bought in US and also games from Brazil.

• Games are region free but the console will have a plug specific to a region so you would need an adaptor. You can come across issues if your PlayStation ID is registered in one and expires while in another as the subscription is country specific
