I'm pretty sure this is the case: -On November 18 Elite and Elite Plus Best Buy members can get the deal for the sale price of $199.99 -On the 19th all Best Buy members will get access to this same deal. To be a BB member you just need a BB account. -On the 22nd it will be online to everyone -On the 22nd it will be available at live stores at 5 PM. These start at midnight CT.
