Don't give up! They actually had a drop of PS5's today (12/16), and I was actually able to purchase 1. So never give up and keep trying. Today the drop happened at exactly 11am. Got in line at 11:02am. Got selected and made my purchase. Also, check for walmart drops too, it's a little bit harder to grab one there but I've done it last week.
