“I keep trying to add to cart but it says they require another step. It doesn't say what though. What is the second step??”

The “please wait” grey bar will turn yellow and say “add to cart” for a 2nd time. This took 15-20 min this morning. Then you add it to your cart and check out as quickly as you can since it’s not guaranteed until you’ve purchased it.
