“Can Best Buy disable the use of BOTS for items which are in high demand? I've been trying for months to buy a PS5 and can't even get one into my cart before they sell out and are put on Ebay. It is infuriating!”

Make sure you do it through the BestBuy app. If you cart one but can’t checkout due to it being out of stock wait until the next drop, and you can check straight out. @PS5updates and @justfreshkicks on Twitter help too.
