When you first click on the "add to cart" button it gives you instructions. In case you missed them...when you see a yellow "add to cart" button, click it and DO NOT REFRESH. It should change to "please wait" and then change back to yellow after a few minutes. Click it once yellow again and if it adds to cart, sprint to checkout! Also, if the location selector is being tricky you might need to specify a different store than one you'd normally prefer.
