Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah so mine didn't ship until launch day. Then Best Buy decided to use some horrible regional delivery service called LSO. It got to my city 2AM on 11/13. Then it sat in the distribution center for... looks at watch.... until whenever the decide to deliver it. Best Buy first said arriving 11/12, then 11/13, and now MAYBE 11/18 (???) if I am extra nice. I will never give Best Buy any future business while they deal with such a cheap junk delivery services. But at least this group has a horrible reputation. Makes since Best Buy would use them... to someone that hates their customers. I'm guessing they charge $0.05 less per delivery than real delivery companies. I'd post a link to the horrible reviews but don't want to violate any rules. Fingers crossed everyone. I hope you have better luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine shipped today. Best Buy website says arriving today on my order status but UPS shows not in possession yet and arriving tomorrow. Disappointed that it wasn't shipped yesterday so it arrives on launch day.
