They will be available for pickup on 11/12/2020 unless otherwise specified via email or text. Sony made limited consoles, so yes you will get your console, but it all depends on Sony to release them on time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pre-orders can be canceled if the company can't fulfill it. Preorders aren't a guarantee that you get it. It just puts you in a line to get the console. I was lucky and able to get mine on Amazon. Amazon has already sent me an email to say that due to high demand I may not get my console day 1 (Nov 12th), but they would do their best to get it to me as quickly as possible. My best advice is to just watch your emails/texts as that's how they will communicate with you about your order. Also just check your order and it should tell you the status on it especially leading up to launch.
