It means that it’s sold out on pre-orders I had bad luck earlier On the same thing you were stuck on, it wouldn’t let me add payment info..but then I tried again after midnight and got lucky and got me one.

Because pre orders don’t officially start till California turns to midnight so if you are in New York it will be about 4 am. Like me I’m from Texas so I waited till 1:56 am and was able to order it lag free, because the site was crashing for me since 9 pm- 1:45 am

I had the same problem last night I ended sitting in my phone and my tablet just constantly pushing checkout then I'd be at the page for my address then I'd still keep pushing the button or get logged out. It took me almost 4 hours until I was able to pre-order

Because Best Buy and other retailers jumped the gun. It's not supposed to be available for pre-order until tommorow 10am PT.

Look for issues at top of browser. 
Initially I couldn't Place Order even though card was populated. I found out that Flash was not enabled.

Scalpers are in a frenzy to get their scumbag hands on this item. Sites like Ebay allow scalpers to sale preorders at 2 to 3 times market value.

That happen to me also, but I kept hitting the pay now until it went thru. Also there was issues using debit or credit. It kept rejecting but PayPal worked instantly. Good luck
