“Hi guys, I started using my PS yesterday. The controller is clicking, I can hear the noise of the motor (left stick). Sometimes when I press O X or triangle buttons they are not working as normal? Is it normal? What should I do if not? I got concerns.”

You can do a hard reset in the back of the controller. You may need a pin or anything thin enough to press the little button. If that doesn’t work I would suggest contacting either Best Buy. If not contact Playstation, the controller has a 1 year warranty.
