Sorry, it was a major Sony/ retailer blunder to go outside of the promise that they were not going to spring the preorders on consumers without a proper knowledge of time that we could reframe from the chaos. So, with that being said, everyone is flooding the servers of all major retailers trying to get it as well and that's around the world. Sorry, didn't get one either thanks to this joke of a pre order.

I preordered it just now (Thursday) and It went through. I think Best Buy jumped the gun on advertisement before it was available for preorder.

You must use the paypal method with shipping directly to you. The website is glitched and any other method wont work OR will take to long and the crash your website forcing you to restart. I just got mine 5 min ago confirmed via the paypal method.

Try again I recently got an order through had to click checkout and pay a couple times but it went through. I originally got a digital isn’t available for shipping so I pre ordered the $500 one but for giggles tried disc less and it went through idk if it’s because it’s almost midnight pacific but I’m canceling my disc version order. Hopefully you’ll be able to get one to process!

Use PayPal at check out. worked my first try. log out of Best Buy account and restart the put in cart process

The entire site has been having issues since the stream event.
I couldn't even buy some batteries for pickup. Maybe they're being hit by the scalpers?

Same thing happened to me here and at gamestop. I lost both when I went to hit the final button to charge the card. Not happy to say the least, only other option is to see if I can preorder in person or just have to wait for more to come in. Plus you can try to get in the lottery at sony's page as well.

It happened to be . You have to be reallyyy patient ! Tried for 2 hours and it finally went through . I had major problems I would select a store and then say to pick one even though I already did , it wouldn’t take any of my cards , address wouldn’t go through , etc etc . But I sat there for 2 hours and then it worked ...
