• A:Answer Supply chain issues seem to be holding back inventory. In a recent news article, AMD (who makes the processors for Xbox and PlayStation) said they anticipate shortages in those chips for the first half of 2021. As of January 2021, Best Buy (and most other stores) are only taking orders online, but you can pickup in store. I ordered mine online and it arrived in store for pickup about 4 days later.
