• Sure, you have 7 days, which can be extended to 14 if you choose. But you will have to pick it up at a store IN the USA (or Canada). So you will have to either drive or fly to the USA (or Canada) to pick it up.

• I guess if you have someone that can "Pick it up" for you I dont see why not.
