• The new PS5 slim does not come with a base. The base is sold separately for about $30. That being said, this PS5 slim model is reported to be not as top heavy due to its smaller size that it is fairly stable enough to stand in the vertical position without a stand. You can always get the stand later if without one does not work for you.

• It comes with small legs to put it horizontally but to have it vertically, you have to buy it separately.
