According to the images provided, the product does come with its own USB to mico-usb "cable" to power the device. 

Unfortunately, it does not come with a USB AC adapter. This is the small square that plugs into a wall outlet usually used for charging cell phones. 

Luckily, if your TV has an HDMI port it most likely has at least one USB port as well that can be used as a power source for the device.

No, it does not come with the power supply. It does come with a USB cable, but you must provide your own AC adapter. This is taken from the footnote of the PlayStation Classic website:

"* A compatible USB AC adaptor (not included) is required to use this console. Use an AC adaptor that supports 5 V, 1.0 A USB (Type A) output"

No, it's powered with a mini USB cable that you can plug into any old phone charger, USB port on TV, or USB port on TV.

From the box picture, it states that a USB AC power adapter is NOT included (you'd need one that has standard USB-A, and is 5V, 1A). Another picture of "what's included" does show a USB-A-to-microUSB cable, as well as HDMI cable, 2 controllers, and the console itself.

No, it only comes with a USB cable, you need to get your own power supply or plug it to a 5 volt, 1-amp USB port.

For some odd reason. No. You could power it from your ps4 if you wanted to but any old AC Adapter will do if its ish capable
