It appears you are looking for DDR3L-1600 UDIMM not SODIMM I would recommend going to crucial and confirming. The Don you are doing about is for a laptop and a h30-05 is a desktop. Hope this was helpful.

look up the factory dimm specs for your lenovo. Check the speed and style against the 1600 DDR3 ratings. If your still in doubt, simply count the pins on either side of the slot and make sure they match..and... I always recommend buying a pair to match if you have 2 slots.
