The data transfer rate is the same as its read speed which is 535 Mbps. Pretty standard for a SATA SSD but worth it if you are looking for a drive that doesn't need to be m.2 levels of fast.

Also, if you are saying that the specification on Best Buy is listed as 3500 Mbps, if it originally was said that they fixed it on the site.
