No, this thumb drive does not include any security like that. I just shows up as a new disk in the computer when you plug it in. Kingston makes some thumb drives called DataTravelers that include security, and Corsair makes a thumb drive named the "Padlock" that has a key code on it (sort of like what you see on some Ford cars to unlock the door).
