In my 2016 Honda the infotainment center picks up the plugin and open folders as you scroll down the listed data. In my case I carry recorded music and the USB works very well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually your computer lets you know that a drive has been plugged in, with a beep or window. If it shows you a window it may give you options about what to do with the drive. Best option is to choose to show folders or contents. Then the empty drive should open. Otherwise, open "My Computer", and the drive should show up on the list. You can rename it like any folder, open it and drag files over to it to copy them there. If you rename it, you are limited to number of characters in name, and they will show up all caps. It will let you know when name is too long.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually, you will see a pop up in the right bottom of your screen, click on it, but if you don't see that, go to your files, and you will see it. open the word file i sent. you will see USB30FD (F;) It may have different numbers, depending on what you're using, but it should always be USB and it should always be your F drive. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug the Flash Drive into the computer's USB port, then open (left click twice) "this PC" from your desk top icons and it should be listed there. Mine shows as "PKBACK #001. Double Left-Click on it to open. Move your mouse arrow over to the right side of that open screen, Right click in the blank-white area to get a drop down list. One of them should be labeled "NEW". Move your mouse to NEW and then select FOLDER from the list on the Right. Re-name the folder to something that is meaningful to you. Double left click it to open. Back on the left side of your computer should still be showing "this PC" and the summary content list below it. You can left-double-click folders there to open them ... things like "DOCUMENTS" or "PICTURES" You can now copy folders or files from the left side (under "this PC) to the right side under the new flash drive folder. One way to do it is to Right click on the folder/file you want. A list of actions will appear, such as COPY or CUT. To COPY, but not delete the existing folder/file, left click COPY. Move the mouse back to the right side of your screen (where the flash drive is open). Right click in the blank white space to get a list of actions. Select (left click) PASTE. If you want to delete the folder/file from your computer, you left click CUT instead of COPY, but still use PASTE at the receiving Flash Drive. You can also use Click-and-Drag to put files onto your Flash Drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you know the Drive letter for this drive you can either right click on the file or photo ( file or thumbnail) and either choose " Send to " or do a Copy and Paste to the drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will typically show up as another drive. Save the files you want to that drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It actually depends on what your defaults are set to do. If you're on a Windows system, go to your control panel and select "autorun" or "autoplay" from here you can change what happens when you connect a thumb drive or any other media.
