“Will this work with my HP All in One PC? A recent windows update has removed my WIFI adapters and now I have to use this to save my files in order to reset computer. This was purchased from Best Buy in 2018. HP Smart Friend is assisting with reset.”

As long as you USB capability remains unimpaired, you should be fine.

Should have no problem using the flash drive to back up files. I'm constantly using it for backup or transfers.

This should work on any PC with a standard USB drive

It should. These USB 3 devices should work automatically. The wifi adapters would normally require driver support but if you plug in the computer directly to your router using a LAN cable, it should update the computer once the wifi adapter is connected. Good luck
