Yes you can go on Amazon and find an HDMI splitter or a cheap GPU like the gtx 950/960 for the same price as the 710 altho you will need to open the PC and stick in the card altho be cautioned when buying anything more power-hungry because the low power headroom for most hp/dell/Lenovo PC is tiny so make sure the power consumption is under 75 watts, good luck!.
