- Answer Yes this works in mini towers as long as you have the right slot open. It comes with two low profile brackets for mini towers. You will lose VGA output and have to use HDMI or DVI-D output though.

- Answer As long as you have a PCI-Express slot you are good to go. This doesn't require any external power from the computer's power supply except what is provided for by the PCI-Express slot.

- Answer This will fit most low-profile desktop systems. My kids have a Dell OptiPlex 380 pizza box type desktop unit, which this card fits perfectly. It comes with a low-profile face plate in the box that you can swap for the full-size face plate which is already installed. A pair of needle nose pliers loosens the 2 cap screws to switch the faceplates.

- Answer Looks like that program wants a MORE powerful video card.. check there site out. NVIDIA The NVIDIA GPU’s that have the NVIDIA Turing architecture will give you GPU decoding of AVC / H.264 / HEVC media in DaVinci Resolve Studio on Windows. This is a big enough reason alone to purchase Resolve Studio. https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/ Hardware Configuration Lets you choose various options governing how to use the GPUs attached to your computer, and how to configure Viewers in different pages. This panel also provides an overview, for reference, of all hardware and computer characteristics that are relevant to DaVinci Resolve running smoothly, including a listing of installed GPUs. a Quadro card with 8 gigs or more would be better.. I took pictures of the manual

- Answer I am not absolutely sure but I believe that the chipset on this card is a Maxwell chipset. The GM designator is for Maxwell and the GK designator is for Kepler.

- Answer It should. However the CPU in that Computer (Gateway DX4860-UB32P) is somewhat old and slow. You might want to think about a new CPU to really get the speed from the VIDEO adapter discussed. --Nancy

- Answer Don't even consider buying this GPU if you have a Ryzen 5 3400G. This GPU is worse than almost any processor integrated graphics and I'd only recommend this if you need a GPU for display output.

- Answer I am not certain but it is a VERY compatible and cost effective card we had to purchase as a PCIe simple video card compatible with a recent Gigabyte board on an i7 system. The brand of card is also very reliable. It is limited in the HDMI and DVI but it works perfectly. Check the board capability on your computer or contact HP. Honestly, I would buy it. for this.
