This will fit most low-profile desktop systems. My kids have a Dell OptiPlex 380 pizza box type desktop unit, which this card fits perfectly. It comes with a low-profile face plate in the box that you can swap for the full-size face plate which is already installed. A pair of needle nose pliers loosens the 2 cap screws to switch the faceplates.
