• Yes. Most VR requires at minimum a 1060 or better video card. I have rum vr on 1070 and 1080 cards with no problems. This one would work great.

• Probably not. Just have to wait on the new RTX 3000 series cards. Even some of those aren't powerful enough to run VR at the frame rates (refresh rates) needed to prevent motion sickness.
