• This GPU is great for a 1080p option I would go for a higher end GPU for that resolution and refresh rate

• For those kinds of FPS (Hz) at that resolution in almost any game, you'll be needing a 3080 or better. If you are okay running games at 1080p 60fps, your monitor will be fine displaying lower resolutions and framerates, then the 1660 super is an okay card averaging over 80 fps in most tested titles (in 1080p). It will have no problems playing video at 3840x1600 though.
