It usually takes a short time but not hours. It should get sent to the main e-mail on your Best Buy account! [email protected] is the e-mail it comes from. You can also check in your Order Status and it will tell you if the e-mail has been delivered. You should also be able to sign in and have it resent as well. I would call Customer Support at this though if it still isn't there.
