I’m pretty sure they are trying to get rid of the bots. It’s just difficult because of the amount of them.

Box was damaged and ripped in two place the item was shipped to store so they could not replace it.

Geek squad is a tech support department. They help fix/setup computers, TVs, networks, etc. The department your looking for to fix the bot issue is engineering. They create the software and rules behind the website.
