collector here and was shocked to see this bad boy still on the shelf. never opening this up sorry lol

My son saved up months of allowance to buy a Pokémon card box to build on his starter set. Chose this one. Proudly took in his $20 to pay for it, then got home and started eagerly opening all the contents. Last booster pack, he pulls out the Charizard VMax.

Great pulls. I would recommend it. Its kinda hard to get pokemon cards but it was worthe the struggle.

Took forever to get online due to scalpers and bots but it finally came through. Very first pack opened, pulled a VMAX Charizard. After that each pack contained Shiny V cards. Only had one double on shiny cards,

Are all shining fates packs this great? This was my first Shining fates purchase. I'm going to have to buy another and find out. And THANK YOU BEST BUY for shipping in a "box" unlike the other "guys" who ship in a bag. Thank you!

Shiny hunting is pretty fun, didn't get any but you have a pretty good chance. Here's to hoping for next time!

We ordered three Shining Fates V boxes and had some good pulls in two of the boxes. Our good pulls are in the photo. There was no protection in the delivery box, but we were planning on opening them so it wasn't a bother. None of the boxes were ripped or damaged, but one of the booster packs had fallen down making it seem like there were only 3 boosters instead of 4 boosters...probably from the shaking etc throughout the delivery process. Again, we were planning on opening them and we saw that there were all 4 so this was not an issue.

I ordered two of these and they were both tampered with and resealed. I didn’t realize I was buying this from anyone other than Best Buy…. You can tell that the packs aren’t even the original they have odd borders and look to be cut with scissors and poorly resealed. Don’t buy this unless you don’t care about getting anything good.

At first I thought it was a manufacturing error, but after not finding a single holographic card I knew there had to be an issue. Upon further googling of “tampered booster packs” I knew the weird squiggly sealed line apprared to be where the perpetrators resealed the packs. Hopefully it was only this box and nobody else got ripped off. Reddit warns of shady Pokémon dealings at Best Buy, so definitely purchase something that cannot be easily tampered with.

Best buy must stop allowing people to return sealed products. Most of the time, people buy them, reseal them, and return them to the store. My packs had glue residue on the edges. Either bad quality control from the factory or I'm just unlucky.

Great pulls plus the oversized promotional Pikachu card has to be a one time offer. Pokemon isn't known for repeating special one of a kind cards like that!
