What kind of battery does this camera need? I bought this camera as a gift and would like to include everything needed. I have the micro SD and the paper but need to know what batteries to buy.

It's a rechargeable camera, you can't take it apart to replace the batteries, just plug it in for a half hour or so and you're set.

The battery is built in tot he camera. It is not removable nor replaceable. You charge the camera via a usb cable, included with the camera.
