“I just purchased and installed the Polk Signa S1. Was told by Best Buy salesman at the store that it would use my Cox remote to adjust volume. It will not. It does come on/off with Cox remote but how do I get my Cox remote to adjust volume?”

I've synced the soundbar with my TV remote and my Xfinity remote; volume adjustments work fine and you can power on/off the soundbar with the TV. For my Xfinity remote, I had to search google for the Polk 5-digit sync codes (there are about 6 or 7 code options.. Then on the Xfinity remote, presse the set up button in the lower left of the remote. The red light in the top of the remote turns green. Type in the 5-digit Polk code and if you have the correct 5-digit code, the green light flashes twice. If it doesn't flash twice, it's not the correct code. Follow the same steps and enter one of the other codes and it will sync once you type in the correct code.
