“When I connect the soundbar to Bluetooth thru my iPhone there is no sound coming from the sound bar. As soon as I to change over to Optical the sound comes on but I lose the Bluetooth connection and no subwoofer. What am I doing wrong?”

So after I linked my Bluetooth I pressed the Bluetooth button on the remote and was able to hear sound. Hope this helps. Good luck
