It does. I bought a new TV when I bought the soundbat. It sounds fabulous! Love the bass. My neighbor does not!

Please try again later.revising my previous awnser, I went ahead and checked the manufacture website for you and they indeed state that this system is indeed DHCP 2.2 4K HDR compatible and its HDMI ports are version 2.0 so you should be good to go for 4K. I actually needed a 4k one as well so might try it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I want to know for sure, because ARC is not the only thing needed for 4K compalibility. The middle man (in this case the soundbar) needs to be DHCP 2.2 and HDMI port has to be version 2.0 which it says no where in the specs. I have gotten an ARC only receiver before and returned it because it was not DHCP 2.2 encoding. I would check with the manufacture to be sure.
