The TL2 has 90hz-24hz. RMS is 65 watts, max is 125. The TL3 has 90hz-31hz. RMS is 75 watts, max is 150. The TL3 is a little stronger and louder, but costs more and requires more wattage. I love my TL2's, but have never heard the TL3's. Hope this helps.
