This is similar to the same issues my parents are having. See my review. As for a fix, all I’ve ever been able to do to fix the problems is disconnect ALL power from it and leave it disconnected for 2-3 minutes. That works majority of the time. I would never purchase Polk Audio products again because of the mess this one has put us through.
