“I just got polk and my tv is a sanyo on my tv I don't have the (arc) I doesn't have (opt) so I try aux but no luck. My tv also does have bluetooth. I ds ont know what to do. Can you help me please.”

Maybe try using the headphone output of your TV directly to the Aux input.
