“I connected mine through HDMI port and ever time i connect it then later turn the tv off, then turn it back on it doesn't work and i have to set it up all over again.. any idea what i need to do?”

• So your tv shouldnt have to be set up. I just plugged mine in and it recognized it. the only issue that happens to me is that there is a delay and i get a message saying "connecting to exterior speaker". Is there a setting for your tv that says "external speaker".

• This soundbar uses ARC technology to communicate with your TV. You have to have a TV that has an ARC input/output and you also have to be using an HDMI cable that is capable of ARC communication. First thing you should try is checking to see if your TV has an ARC input/output.
