“I really like the sound quality and the voice enhancement feature, however the remote does not always work, I have to press the buttons at different angle to get it to work. I changed the battery but it doesn't seem to help. Any help?”

I have the same issue with mine. Even went as far as returning the product to Best Buy. Only to get the same flaw in the exchanges unit. Not much help but I think it's related to the location of the receiver sensor on the unit.
